To be fair I'd have gone 4-5-1 today, as unless Bradshaw improves hugely it's effectively 4-4-1 with him.
"What on earth was Heckingbottom thinking? He should obviously have packed the midfield. Then took a striker off at 3-0 down. He's so useless we should sack him and appoint someone good like Iain Dowie"
Why does PH stick with the outdated 4-4-2? What we need is a more modern tactic, yes I know that LJ played the same formation today, but lets listen to what GN says and he says that we need a 3-4-3 flexi system! Chelsea have got some fantastic young players on their books that are used to this system, we should be knocking on their door begging to loan 10 ! it will be something like that from the west yorkshire Guru !!
So it looks like he started with the following 4-4-2... Davies, McCarthy, Jackson, MacDonald (cap), Yiadom, Potts, Moncur, Williams, Mowatt, Ugbo, Bradshaw, Subs: Hammill (Bradshaw), Hedges (Potts), Payne (Ugbo). If he brought Hammill on for Bradshaw, how did that effect the team and did we go 4-5-1 for the second half ? It must have been a straight swap up front between Ugbo & Payne, but questions have got to be asked now about Bradshaw and our failure to bring in the sort of strikers we desperately need.
