Been out of the country for quite a few Saturdays so I didn't get a season ticket this year. Looked what I have on for next year and decided to get my half season ticket; efficient, friendly and informed staff meant it was a fast and painless phonecall. Yooooouuu Re-eeeeeeeds.

So you are praising people for doing their job how it should be done in the first place?

I see what you're saying but a decent telephone manner and knowledge of the job should be a requisite of working for the box office.

Indeed, but it's not always the case. Generally people are quick to slate poor service, but slow to praise good service. And yes, I do praise people who do the job they're paid to do when they do it well, regardless of the job. Telling people you were happy with something costs nowt and has a positive impact. Don't you ever thank the barmaid for your drink or your taxi driver for getting you home?

Yes but don't particularly find the need to tell everyone on here about it.
