Just me concerned about not having a ticket through as yet. Ordered monday and now were 2 days before a bank holiday weekend.

After 5pm tomorrow i cant see there being anyone to speak to.

Need to be getting them out today.

Spoken to a few Wednesday fans and they got theres straight after buying.

Not concerned at all. Most of it will be automated and has been done a million times before for all sorts of events.

But what if there are any problems doesnt give a lot of time for sorting things out . Why not email them as soon as they were purchased

Too much common sense that option to send out asap to have more time to solve any potential issues.

There are also factors like avoiding resale that Ticketmaster will factor into their system design, and also could be performance issues with their systems trying to send out emails constantly, while trying to sell tickets. They'll have a platform built to send in bulk, and a troubleshooting run book in case of any issues.

I'm the same, not concerned and know how it works. My only thought around this.. for those who prefer to have a paper copy, Saturday is probably their last chance (to access library services for print-outs if they don't personally own a printer). So if tickets arrive via email after Saturday everyone will need to use their phone. I'm wondering, for the less tech-savvy, will one person be able to scan their phone at the turnstiles for a group of 6 (if an ST booked 6 tickets on one account for example), or will every ticket need to be forwarded to every individual who didn't make the booking? You may not know the answer to that, but if it's the latter, what about small children, the elderly who may not have a smart phone or don't really know how it works? Just a thought.

That's exactly the situation I am in. I have 6 coming to me, 3 of which are for young children who don't have a mobile phone. I'm not sure how it works if everything for everyone is just on smartphones.

With it being a print at home option and being supplied with a hieroglyph. I can't see there being a problem receiving the e-mail as late as matchday as long as you have a Smart phone that is fully charged.

When the e-mail comes do a print out as well. Get your point about Saturday but there will be someone who will let you use their printer.

Mine too @Tyketical Masterstroke are you sure you’re in the handsome stand mate - upon further review and close inspection, my tickets very clearly state Block 125 is the Adonis, Suave and Sophisticated Block ?

perhaps you’re getting confused and you may need to contact the club?
