Ticket farce!

Why didn't they just let season ticket holders get their seats and then the Chelsea lovers could be queuing up for the left overs...yet again, season ticket holders are queuing for their own seats for hours. I, along with many others, had taken the afternoon off just to get my normal seat and was turned away! Makes my blood boil! These people getting the extra ticket from the season ticket holder won't be coming to any of our normal 'boring Championship' matches so why are they getting tickets before other season ticket holders?

If you only want your own seats you've 9 days to get them? Seems crazy to be going down today.

Yes, it's madness even thinking about going down today. There's loads of time to get your tickets.

Madness again! Wot's all this about being given little pink raffle tickets to enable you to get served today?! I'm lucky enough to live within walking distance of the club so can nip down whenever but I went down this lunchtime and it was chaos at Oakwell again! I feel sorry for the people who take time off work especially and then get turned away. Deary deary me :'(

There was no queue like that when I bought my Norwich ticket. Funny that innit?

Well Ive not been down there but after complaits with regards to people left queueing in the cold and rain last time it was suggested the club could open the ponte end for seating/shelter etc. I guess that's what's been mentioned - I assume the tickets are a way of maintaing your place in the queue.

What is wrong with sending a registered s.a.e. with voucher and cheque. Far better than driving miles, lining up for hours and taking a day off work.
