It is totally unacceptable what is going on now and it's just a total joke!!

No Sheff Wed or QPR tickets on sale, wtf!! What if people can't get to oakwell on Wednesday to buy at the turnstille's! Cash only as well, it's 2008 ffs!!!

Why by now have we not got a decent phone system in place with a decent amount of staff working on them at busy times!!

Or over these few weeks, we should have out sourced the work, like Ipswich did in the 2000 play-offs, 8 sodding years ago!!!!!!!

We should have learned our lesson in in the 2006 play-offs! That resulted in a bad home crowd/poor turn out in Cardiff!

I can see the crowd being about 16000 now on Saturday when it should have been 20-22000!! What a complete joke!!

For a championship club with a so called decent set up & ground it is p*ss poor and something I would expect from Scnuthorpe or Colchester!!

Scunny and Colchester probably have better ticketing arrangements than BFC, so let's not pull these two clubs down.

Club Need To Get Sharon Some More Staff

Shepherd and Cryne I would like to think are ashamed of ticketing arrangements. The box office staff need more support in their job.

What I can't understand is they never accomadate the working folk. Fair enough my work are decent enough for me to get out for an hour or so, which is a good job because wouldn't expect my grandad to queue for me.
Why don't we get temp staff in / normal turnstile workers and get them selling tickets on the gate for Chelsea? Can be cash sales only AND for people that only want to but the usual seat. Any card transactions / additional tickets then need to go through office.
