I think it would put an extra few thousand on the gate and with the right marketing could significantly increase season ticket sales for next season (everyone that buys a 3-4-40 ticket registers on the clubs database and a season ticket form goes out to them for example)

I'm not holding my breath but the club ought to do it. I've emailed ideas before and they haven't even dignified them with a response never mind implemented them.

If we are lucky enough to get through to final

2 tickets per season ticket holder and anyone taking out a new season ticket for next year gets to join the queue after third day.

I think that would be a good idea although I'd only let them have one each

I'd certainly but 2 ST (me and my son( if they did it. This is what i amhoping for, but i suspect it'll be too much hassle. I expect 3 per ST, which will virtually use up the full allocation when you take into account Centenary, and that black hole that a few thousand keep disappearing into.

Personally, I don't believe such a scheme would put any numbers on the gate at all

It would be of interest to those that would be going to the games anyway, but as for those that rarely come I don't see how forking out £40 in one go would be attractive to them. If they weren't going to pay for one game, why would they pay for two?

If we get to the final, then offering priority to ticket holders of specific games will have a massive bearing on attendances, but I don't see the above scheme achieving anything other than reduced revenue for the club.
