Would anyone be kind enough to buy a ticket for me to save the treack across from Wales. Paul.d has kindly offered to get a couple. But I am hoping that 3 generations of Y Gochs will be able to attend. tar
Doubly offset.....
....by the spontaneous combustion of non season ticket holding regulars at your request.

nar then Are you wanting to play that game of whose a proper fan again. And how many years of being a season ticket holder as an expat trumps being a regular none STH how many away games = 1 home game, or are there points per miles traveled
Not I.
And I don't question your credentials but I fear others may take issue with those of the other members of your party.

RE: Not I. My dad's been going to oakwell for over 60 years and a STH for many of them. He is happy to get up at 4am and drive across for a ticket. But my mother is worried about his health. So that just leaves r kid. You may have a point there. He goes when ever he is lucky enough to be taken. I will tell the lazy b****r to get on his bike and cycle across for a ticket.
As I said.....
.....I don't personally have an issue with any of it but, given the state of the BBS yesterday, there are others who would. As you say it's impossible to quantify the true-fan credentials of each individual but the non-season ticket holding regular attenders have been very vocal in their indignation at being at the back of the queue behind friends and family of season ticket holders. Of course if you're asking for tickets from the general sale then they don't really have a case.
