Does anyone know if you can swap an adult season ticket (qpr game) for a juvenile equivalent at the ticket office? Or does it depend on who you drop on?

That would probably depend on who you drop on, i'd go down early and see what they say but if not I'd just turn up a give the juvenile the adult ticket and explain to the turnstile operator and if not offer them a fiver.

Theirs no rule against buy kids adult tickets, where the problem lays is the fact it's someone else's ticket but bloke on gate wint care one bit all he's bothered about is getting everyone in his stubs to the loto office and himself into his free seat before any goals go in

as long as the number of 'clicks' registered matches the number of tickets the turnstile operator will be happy!

When I wa younger I always used to use my dad's mates ST when he was off on holiday.

Was never a problem then and can't imagine it being one now. They won't even bat an eyelid.
