if we are at home surely 2 per ST holder would be sensible
If we are away 1 per ST holder would be the best idea.
it all comes down to numbers
likely home allowance would be 17000
likely away allowance like Satdy would be less than half that amount even for Old Trafford.

lest hope the board take this on board

would cater for all ST holders with 2-3k left over
Leaves regular fans who dont have an ST and those who go away enough for a ticket too then i reckon

there are rules about segregation which can reduce the 15%
