Has anyone managed to log into their online account this morning? Doesn't seem to be working for me. Apologies if this has already been asked.
Logged in but it's telling me that I have to assign a client to my own season ticket seat, even though I'm logged in and fully registered. Bloody thing.
Many of us had similar problems last season. Prepare yourself to receive abuse because it works fine for someone else.
I managed to get it working fine last season but it seem to hate me this season. Might have to ring up instead, that'll be fun.
Maybe, I thought the website was run by ticketmaster though, should be able to cope with a few thousand of us. Not sure why no-ones answering the phone though.
Because of the volume? Well struggle to shift 12k for it. Its more down to the fact the box office is run from a filofax behind the till in the club shop. One staff gets busy there then thats it. Mayhem.
Think a Filofax is bit advanced for them. Managed to get through to speak to someone only to be told that no-one in the box office could deal with my call so still have the same problem.
