Apparently its basically if you want a £42 ticket they decide where abouts in the ground you get one. My dads near the front now and you pick the price bracket you want and the club gives you a ticket. You cant choose the block. We wanted £42 behind the goal tickets in the N blocks but apparently the £42 tickets there selling are starting in the U section.
Correct Just got ours we're in U34 or something daft, we requested behind the goals but they are starting from the sides and working towards the middle. Load of *****
Its disappointing that they are starting from the corner. Those who have queued up have basically got worse seats than them who leave it till last minute, who will probably end up on half way line. Not that I am too bothered, I'd watch the game sat on a rusty spike on the roof of the stand if I had to!
RE: Correct Just spoke to somebody in queue. You can't choose whether upper or lower. People are complaining because they wanted lower, but only upper are on sale. And apparently the big block of £42 tickets behind the net are not on sale today.
Here we go bloody moaning, have you not thought it's not the clubs fault how the tickets are sold but the football league. If you all wanted a specific area you'd be queing even longer, lets just all be bloody happy we are there, theres no bad view in the stadium
At the box office you could choose don't know about turnstyle though.Basically the club are selling tickets from block M32 say, clockwise around the stadium as far as I can ascertain.
So the best seats behind the goal go to open sale fans and the season ticket holders get shoved up into the corners...Nice..
Thats right mate Its hardly rocket science is it.
Back of the goal or down the side love...er back of goal...£22,£32,or £42. er £42, ta , thank you ,,next..
whats the problem.

contradiction in terms..best seats & behind goals Though I reckon these seats will be up for sale friday / saturday.Got to admit its a pants way of doing it but maybe the FL are dictating so that all unsold seats are in one area.
RE: Thats right mate i know its bloody ridiculous, surely they have all the tickets now so why not have the ponty end turnstiles open selling behind the goal tickets and the east stand selling down the sides.
I'm not moaning, or criticising, I just said it was disappointing. I also said I'd sit on a rusty spike.
Back in your cage

RE: contradiction in terms..best seats & behind goals not for the long sighted amongst us. .
I wanted to sit in the old arms park bit...snot fair... Infact someone has gone for the whole coach load and we all think/thought we would be behind the goal.
Hopefully I'll be that drunk, I'll not care .

It looks like the better tickets will be given out later this week. As far as I can gather, they are starting in the corner and working towards the middle. To be honest, I didn't expect to be able to select a seat. It's probably the best policy in terms of keeping the queues moving.
