If I were you i'd just turn up on the night and blag your own, there won't be any touts there on the night so just stand at the top of the steps and ask if anyone has spare tickets... Never fails, I've done it loads of times and City Hall is one of the easiest, bought 2 Little Britain tickets for a fiver last Christmas on the night...
