    Steele - yes
    Alnwick - yes
Lucasade - yes (give the kid a break)

Hassell - yes although more as a Scott Parker than a defender
Golbourne - yes if he decides he wants to. Confidence issue
Foster - yes unless he's getting too old. Weird (for a defender) cos he seems a player whose form varies wildly
Dawson - yes (never thought it and maybe in a thriving side he may be sub, but he's got drive and errr......********)
    O'Brien - yes to 2011/12 model
    Davies - yes
Done - no. Lightweight. Can't see merit at all
    Perkins - yes
Dagnall - no. You can run, but you can't score
Wiseman - yes. Put him on the bench if the opposition have a target man upfront
McNulty - yes. Give him a pint of Red Bull before he plays
Harewood - no. (Past it?) erratic
Digby - yes. Could be the best since Jacob
Mido - yes (providing kebab sponsorship is in place to potentially offset disappointment)
Cywka - no (sorry - I know this is controversial but I see him as a slightly more effective Done)
Silva - yes. On a prayer
    Mellis - yes
    Etuhu - no. Keith agrees
    Noble-Lazarus - no. No commitment
Cranie - yes. Not a Rolls Royce though. More of a Chrysler 300c
Clark - yes (give this youth the benefit of the doubt)
Rose - no. Ship him out on loan and see what happens
Kennedy - no. Passes backwards. Full stop
    Stones - yes

That's 16 worth playing in this division. I keep reading this tale of how they all look world beaters in training, but this assessment is from observation at Oakwell on Saturday (or in Mido's case, Umar's in Athersley)

I'm glad you're not in charge after reading that.

Cwyka and Dagnall have been two of our best players this season.

Oh, and a pint of Red Bull before a game would leave McNulty massively dehydrated and would probably have a negative outcome on his performance :)

    That's only 2

    Give McNulty a Red Bull

    Then water

    Then Red Bull

This passing backwards thing you refer to with Kennedy (something Stones is more culpable of IMO), would you rather he hoofed it forward aimlessly like Foster, or play his way out of trouble and lose it, also like Foster. If there's no clear option forward, why waste possession, when you can go back to the keeper and retain it? You might not like it but it's often the best option.
