hope not fella, you're one of the better posters on here - It's a shame that you get shot down and accussed of being negative when 'questioning' the plan and what happens next!
No-one wants you to stop posting. Personally, I would prefer it if you debated a subject, provided evidence and sound reasoning for your views on matters, but I do want you to stay and fight it out.
Everyone is entitled to post their thoughts here, even Whitey with his pro club bias compared to his more reasoned postings in his pre club days on his blog site. I would prefer if you stayed as well and carried on questioning things you weren't happy about.
In Whitey's defense he has always been very yo-yo about the club. By that I mean he has slagged them off at times and defended them passionately at others. I don't think him being 'part' of the club now makes much difference except that he has written his post including a couple of minor details that we could all probably guess at but wouldn't know for sure (such as attempting to sign a striker). If you look at some of his posts last season they were just as positive, look at others and they were extremely negative. It isn't that his positive posts are more positive, it's that his negative ones have disappeared. That is in part down to us because my more successful and in part obviously because he would be an idiot to slag off his employers.
Carry on carrying on. I havn't posted about the 'situation' over the last couple of weeks as i have the philosophy that "eggs is eggs". However i can understand how some people feel let down, just as others feel we are still in a great position considering. What does rile me somewhat however, is the self- righteous condescension of the smug 'we know besters (sic)'. This has been an emotive issue and i guess your feeling you are being pilloried for expressing your view, which should not have to be the case.
