I'm not asking, I'm telling you and speaking through the experience of going through the exact same thing here in Dundee. Clueless manager who has lost his way, players underachieving or in some cases just do not have it. Heads are down and the present set up will not or cannot change things. The board must act now and before we get detached from the pack which is the case DUFC find ourselves in at the minute. Now would be a great time to get a new and more capable manager in. Plenty time to assess players already at the club. Find out who is up for the fight and who isn't. The transfer window not far off now and if needed whole sale changes if needed should be made. For the board of directors not to do so would in my opinion be a complete dereliction of duty and a complete slap in the face to you, the long suffering fans who are the lifeblood of our team. The buck stops at the boardroom door and those inside must shoulder most of the blame here. Now is the time to stand up and be counted and make the big decisions. No more dilly dallying. Get rid of Johnson and employ someone with experience who will at the very least save us from the drop as that is where we shall be if things do not change. Act now before it is too late.
In fact we should be proactive, sack the manager before it ever gets this bad. I say only give managers 2 month contracts that will sort things.
Can you explain when we have ever pulled of a managerial master stroke other than Wilson pt1 where we got lucky after Viv left.
Oh and by the way, Wilson had been hammered by the fans as a player, and was universally criticised as 'the cheap option', when he got the job. Far from a masterstroke. The only constant throughout my 25 years as a supporter, has been our own ability to demand instant success from a manager, then demand his head on a stick if it doesn't happen. If we don't change, nothing else will. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Instant success ? You are taking the piss! Appoint the wrong man on a consistent basis and will will sing from the rooftops who successful were are. As regards Wilson he should have kept away from us after his success 1st time round. Just remind me how successful he has been since his departure.
It's very easy to state what's wrong. I would never have brought Danny back. But can you tell me who the right man is?
I don't get paid enough to answer that! That's PC and Benjis job and what a shambles they keep making of it hence the reason they need to go NOW!
My pay grade dictates I would be sacked if I didn't deliver. I Do PC Benji and his mate deliver the constant sack of cack that are clueless managers. Resign Now
Ian its not only the manager who is creating problems for me The Buck stops with Patrick Cryne its polices behind the scenes that need to change......sorry to say but my respect for him saving the club is quickly fading to one of disgust for how he and his management team are allowing it to be run in to the ground. Or so it appears from where im standing.once again we are becoming the laughing stock of football
