Too many players haven't realised that the season has started.

We have wingers who can't beat a man or cross a ball, central midfielders who can't get a grip of the ball and move us forward, centre backs who can't deal with crosses (I'm sorry, but allowing a striker to bring the ball down from a cross in the six yard box and knock it in is just poor), full backs who can't tackle and have no positional awareness, a team that plays the ball up to Odejayi's head (and to be fair, he won more than he lost tonight) whilst the rest of the attacking players just stand and watch, a manager who plays a striker who is clearly some way from being match fit, a team with such strength in depth that we had no defensive cover on the bench (AND WITH 7 FLAMING SUBSTITUTES HOW DO WE MANAGE THAT!!!!!) and more importantly, a team with midfielders who are so good that we turn million pound bids down for them and yet we can't create a chance.

We have four wingers at the club now, so can we have a go at teaching them how to cross, rather than having them give it to the full back every time. And if we are going to play the big ball to Odejayi and let him knock it down, can we try to put a plan in place for who is supposed to pick the ball up from the knock downs. And corners and free kicks - why do we bother taking them when we waste every single one?

JCR, Anderson, Foster, Hamill - you're all good players, so pull your bloody socks up and show it.

Can understand 2-3 players playing abit off but when the majority aren't up for it or playing to the potential you really do need to ask questions.
SD can say they need to play for the shirt or that he's bollocked them (said that Vs Sheff Wed, Coventry AND tonight) but end of day they are not playing for him!

    Correct

Starting with JCR, who needs to know what it's like to battle for a place in the team - first person on subs bench for me.
Anderson needs to remember to PASS to the FREE player when he doesn't need to turn around & go the other way.
    Hammill was very disappointing.
but the frustration is that Boggy comes on, looks like he'll run through a wall for the cause, but when he gets a starting place, he's not at the races.

Had high hopes for the Reds this season, looks like we've got a bit of sorting out to do!
