Time for the players to take responsibility

Sadly our loanees and academy lads give more than seniors...

You are paid proffessionals... Basic skills lacking... No Leadership... Many lacking pride, passion or desire... You are an embarressment!

Martin Cranie has the ability but fails to lead and inspire... Strip him of the captains band off and give it to ramage! Hourihane, Bailey, Nayatanga, Lita, hemmings all need to take a good look at themselves.

I'd drop the lot and play kids and loanees... Danny couldnt motivate you, next manager needs to kick some butts... a disciplinarian... Brian Laws, Martin Allen type...

And FFS add some experience, we need it in all areas defence, midfield and attack
