And build the rest of the defence around them? Goldbourne appears to be making the left slot his own and there are options on the right. Fozzie had some of his best games at right back when he first arrived and was PotY from that position.

Foster and Wiseman may shine individually on occasion but as a partnership they're a liability, neither one is good enough to cover the other.

If Stones and Cranie are the pedigrees, the quicker they get the partnership forged the better. This is only my opinion and I'm welcome to it.... :)

Craine and Mcnulty for me together.

Wouldn't play Stones at Centre for another 18 month.

I would keep stones at right back and bring Mcnulty in to partner Cranie at Centre back. Golbourne at Left back and I would sign up that Kennedy to provide support and competition. And I would get rid of Edwards.

    Is this Kennedy any good?

    Cranie & McNulty.

Agree with Hemsworth, that Stones should continue at right back, for now.

Foster and Wiseman are not good enough consistently as individuals, and as a pairing, I'm always fearing the worst. Especially away from home against £8m strikers...

Healthy debate and good shouts. We do need a solid partnership to go forward. A Macca/Evans, De Zeeuw/Moses, a reliable pairing who understand and communicate well.
Foster/Wiseman make me hyper-ventillate, I'd be scared to have 'em in the house.
