Just texted Barnsley Player team to tell them the same.... he's not the same player he was at the beginning of last season when he scored in the 4-1 win against Donny

    RE: ages I think

I'd work on him if I were Robins, with Devaney going out on loan theres not many better wingers about than JCR he just needs to get flying down the wing again.

    agreed

Would be barmy to give up on him due to a loss of form. Though how long he should given to recover it is another matter.

    RE: agreed

I do think Davey has to take some of blame for his drop in form, JCR was terrorizing defences from the wing then turned into creative midfielder then a defencive midfielder. All very strange from a player getting bids of 1M

rubbish, you don`t go bad over nite, keep him on the bench keep giving him a few minutes and build it up and tell to stop trying to beat 3 men, just give it to the nearest red shirt and his form will return, and let the crowd help him too,get off his back

    He just isn't in form

When he is in form he can be the difference between a draw and a win.

I glad he scored those goals last year because we'd be in league 1! He's having a poor spell and is now the new whiping boy!

Why should we want to get rid of one of our better players

just because he is out of form? Wouldn't it be far better to hope he gets his head right and rediscovers the form he has shown in the past?

It amazes me how quickly some people give up on players.

I just can't believe the personal vendetta on here against JCR with some posters. JCR is a class player who is currently out of form. He will come good again. How can a player go from hero to zero in such a short time? Some of the comments on here and the personal abuse directed towards him beggar belief. We should be getting behind him and giving him the support he needs.I know I'll be cheering him on when he starts. Some people on here have very short memories the way they are writing him off. What would you all do if he came on and scored the winner against the Blunts? Leave the guy alone.

Is 10 months quick to give up on someone or 30 games?

Frank Lampard went something without 11 Games without a Goal for Chelsea, lost his form

Never heard Chelsea fans wanting him gone

Man Utd for past few seasons have had shocking starts to season - Never heard for Fergies head

FFS Everyone loses form at sometime or another, Its just JCRS time now, he will be back to his best. Dont think 60mins will get him back to his best, he need 5 or 6 Games

Does a poor start to a season or 11 games really compare to 10 months and around 30 games?

    Can't Agree

Good player out of form. His presence on the bench or in the squad may be keeping other players on their toes and improving our team. Having said that, if someone comes in with daft money we would probably take it, but that applies to almost any player.

Good luck to him, hope he rediscovers his form.
