Was always a gamble bringing him back but he deserved a shot at sorting out the mess left by the previous regime. The problem is were in the same mess but a league lower. His recruits don't appear to on the same wavelength as him. Is that down to the lack of ability or not being able to implement the manager's ideas onto the field of play ? That lack of passion and commitment is frightening. Stick with him another 12 months and we could be in an even lower division. If it's not working then change it. It's sad but that is the nature of the game rightly or wrongly dependant on one's point of view. I say get rid. It may not happen.
So is that football these days? Where managers need to have instant success or be sacked... No wonder it's ****.
