I think it was Italian second division last year (might have been Spain), where two teams both needed a draw to avoid relegation. The odds were below evens at half-time, and stayed that way until about the 90th minute - even with one of the teams winning 1-0 for the entire second half. The game ended 1-0 and I think the home side were relegated.
