tiredness or lack of professionalism *sp

Firstly i dont want to appear negative as im more than pleased with the current position of the team but im just worried about how we seem to switch off when in comfortable positions-twice now in last three games we have looked comfortable in victory and either nearly or in todays case totally thrown it away. It seems to me when we get afavourable lead the players seem to switch off completely is this just confidence in their own ability or a lack of professionalism in getting job done- hope its the first-kind of think it may be the latter.
