What now? Fickle in the extreme. Just a few weeks ago Andy was our king. Absolutely appalling that this couldn't have been sorted out between two grown men. No-one disagrees that AR is fundamentally a top bloke who has worked wonders for this club taking us to heights we never thought possible this time last year. That this couldn't have been sorted sensibly appalls me and makes me wonder what calibre of person we have in charge. I genuinely feel ashamed at my club right now.
All that matters is the club not personalities. no man is bigger than the club. suppose we stay up? Ritchie wasnt everyones first choice, hardly anyones at that, maybe the board have got it right again and we're all wrong. for the record, I was one of few wanting to give Hart more time for stability's sake. if we'd have gone down under Ritchie, the team would've been dismantled anyway, was he capable of rebuilding? who knows. mourn him, by all means, but what matters is what happens on Saturday and Tuesday and etc....
will opinion change when the new man goes defensive to grind out 1-0 wins and 0-0 draws? It will now be time to batten down the hatches for the rest of the season.
Yep you for one and Young Nudger and Dragon Tyke.
Don't come all woe is me pretending this is terrible, you are loving it.

RE: All that matters is the club I happen to think Ritchie was the man for us. Yes an appalling run of results of late, so sort it Andy. People probably think he's had chance to sort it and hasn't, but I'm not completely taken in by Gordon's side of the argument. I reckon there's more to is than that and Andy has been shat on. Shame on you Gordon.
Well now AR has the opportunity to say it without fear of recriminations assuming severance has been agreed, once the there will be plenty of local reporters wanting the scoop on why he couldnt/wouldnt bring anyone in.
Thats true , maybe Gordo leaving as well could be in the long term interest? This cant be a one-sided issue surely.
Just watching Sky Sports news. we must look like a right laughing stock- sacking a manager for not spending money... a few month ago he was king of Barnsley. I don't trust Shepard... He won't have the tiniest idea who to bring in to replace him.
