I rang Virgin 151 on Saturday night and spoke to a very nice Indian lady. I had just reformated, and couldn't get back on line. I got the usual unplug wait etc, I said yes I've done all that. Ok then disconect your cable connection from the modem, then do the same at the wall end, then turn the cable around and reconnect , that should sort it. Thank you very much I said ff ff than it dawned on me that I should have reinstaled the drivers (clown)
