Hi Gordon,my name is BOB GRAY im a Birdweller im on my 79 th year you can get my phone number vi BTNET First let me say thanks to you and Mr Cryne fellow Barnsley fc Lovers for the hard work you have put,keeping our Club running Now im not Critisicing any one,who has critisised you its Just,this, lets go imagine the very .very early days the begining when barnsley fc began just imagine a football match the team the ,the whoever was in charge,noticed people watching the players were enjooing the game .could not care less if any one was watching now i will bet that in that team would be a player ,lets say from grimethorpe (im now picking on Grime thorpe) but it was a long way from Barnsley in them days Now this Lad from grimethorpe would be a good player and was offered come and play for us ,we will pay your travlling expenses and it was noticed there were people turning up to watch every game some one would say hey up, lets make em pay to watch corwds of 10 then 20 30 40 where did they come from it became regular theu would meet at work the pub and there you would have the first barnsley lovers and the first ,criticers and they would say the very same things that are ssaid to day the supporters.a ne name would start dong the same things as the folk do to day to get to a game why am saying all this Well here we are 2007 and you mr Shepeard,can now go on and say your piece to the masses on here Now on here Mr Shepeard are some clever chaps,some some great winder uppers the same as there were back in the days gone by but ,they had now gone past enjoying one game at a time they wanted to see thier team win some thing the whole family were happy and that what its all about each and every team in the nation more than any thing dont want to see theor club die as for me,i cant get to a game but im there,in,spirit i moan at every goal that scored against us forgetting .that we have just seen the goal of the season oh if i want call you any thing i would say it your face,belive me if i got the chance that is usually no one replies to my posting i dont give a Monleys whether any does or not LONG LIVE BARNSLEY FOOTBALL CLUB thankss for the pleasure and heart aches
