To put a different slant on it.

For the last year and a half i've been the manager of a small buisness.
each month i manage to keep the buisness afloat with the bare minimum of effort because i've got my favourite
staff who aren't really as good at their job as other staff but i don't like their attitude.
The directors and customers expect much more quality than i can get the workers to deliver but
i just think **** it,they get some sort of product eventually even if its not as good as they expected.
And who gives a **** about the customers anyway.its not as if they are going to go anywhere else is it.
And the best part i hear you ask??????
They can't sack me without giving me a really big payout so my jobs safe for at least 3 more years.
Jobs a good un.

isn't that the whole point of a contract?
if i do well i am tied to the job,if you do what i am doing,the bare minimum,you are stuck with me
unless you pay me to go away.
why should i do more than i have to when i'm the boss and all have to do my willing?
long story short.I am sackless
