Full credit to Marc Richards for his finish- it was excellent. He'd been poor for 75 minutes but he took his goal superbly, as did Hassell.

    Poor performance, good result.

Flinders to Chelsea on the official site for a trial, I wish the lad all the luck in the world, we couldn't stand in the way of that.

Surely we would get him back on loan if he went.

Cudicini has just signed a new contract as well.

A working relationship with Chelsea would be useful.

    Poor

MK Dons came for a 0-0 and nearly got one. We were very poor, Richards missed two good chances first half, and the referee was poor.

Burns could have had the stupidest red card ever after being booked for kicking the ball away, and then producing a woeful dive in the second half, lucky to get away with it.

Crowd boo'ing loudly as Hayes was taken off instead of Richards.

Devaney beats his man and crosses, Richards takes a touch and provides an almost impossible finish, hooking the ball over his shoulder and into the corner. One minute later, a corner was half-cleared to Hassell who hit a superb volley into the corner. Colgan with 2 great saves after that.

Burns, Carbon, Hassell and Reid did alright for me, and Hayes created things for others as usual, but we were poor.

    Thought he was poor

Too many balls blind which were intercepted and put us in trouble, other times he does well, but he's going to cost us. He is involved in most good things though.

I agree. One of his best games for a long time.

The defence was excellent today too and even when colgan had his little erm accident the defenders got back very quickly to help him out.

Richards also had one of his best games (though I thought hayes was better than him)
