For the first time in two months I'm going to eat something resembling real food so I'm up for a green salad wi't cottage cheese. Sounds 'kin bliss!
Down to my target weight of 12 1/2 stone from 15 3/4.
Hope I don't yak the salad back up.

    Regards

E.I. (Leaner than a starving racing snake) Addio.

    Well done mate

I can't imagine you 12 1/2 stone but I bet you look fkin gorgeous. I bet your wife is all over you like a cheap rash in an ill fitting bad suit isn't she? Over 3 stone, incredible. Enjoy your salad mate, don't jizz on it through excitement though .....

"Is that French Dressing on your salad Dave?"
&quot;Aye ...Aye it is love, .............. French dressing .... aye&quot;</p>

What you been eating to get down to that?

If salad and cottage cheese is resembling real food after your diet - what were you on during it?!
I'm just going to the gym 3-5 times a week (I might start going on the equipment soon!) and eating a low fat diet. Going well so far, half a stone off in 4 weeks.

    Cheers mate.

Mines more like Ceasar salad dressing though. Got coloured lumps in it and such.
It's good to be able to do up the top button of mi shirt at last.

    Could be interesting

Cheap as well - buy 5 day old fish, and chicken past the sell by date and eat that. Anything smell like it's gone off? Eat as much as you like!

RE: What you been eating to get down to that?

I did the LighterLife diet. Sometimes known as the LighterWallet diet.
Worth it, though very draconian - which is something I needed.
Lost the weight, felt great, got fit.
I can turn over on mi beach towel now without mental pictures of ruptured whales springing to mind.
'ave it. Or not, you might say.

    Me too!

I lost 6 stone on it about 4 years ago - on the bloody thing for 5 months!!

Well done - it's hard at first but then becomes a way of life - controlling it after is the bloody hard bit! Keep topping up every six months or so, just back on it for a couple of weeks or so to manage it.
