Today I'd try something different in defence !

I'd swap Hassell and Foster around, Foster and Souza just don't compliment each other. I think its a bit of a worry for Davey because we have
missed Moore a lot more than people would have thought and theres no cover at centre half. Fosters best position is right back with Hassell
fighting him for that position. I hope Davey go's back for Nyatanga in January as well as the striker positions.

 

I wish you would explain what you think Nyatanga would add to this defence. You still dont seem able to understand that with him in it, our defence let in more than 2.5 goals per game. So far this season, without him, they have only let in 1.27 goals per game.

 

I guess you don't like Nyatanga, stats mean nothing when you pairing different players.

 

So tell me how he would improve this defence, that is performing far better than any that he played in over 2 seasons.

 

Its only improved because of Moore, no other reason and a Moore/Nyatanga partnership could be a great balance.

 

So how come successive managers and coaches at Derby County couldn't see that.

 

Money to buy quality players, something we can't do. Plus for promotion season and in the prem he were too inexperienced.

 

So why didn't they keep Moore and play them together this season in the Championship?

 

Their loss /our gain, probably because of the Prem season and thinking he were passed it.
