No I haven't been to the match. I've been busy painting the garden fence. listened to first half on Dee darr and it sounded like we were dominant. Though concerning we didn't score more goals. Couldn't listen to second half but heard Dee darr summary by Derek Parker and it sounded a game of 2 halves. Don't know whether this is a disappointing result or a decent one.I suppose we didn't lose and we were away so perhaps a positive particularly if we win next week.
Doesn't sound like they were far wrong then. First half we were streets ahead, in terms of possession and quality, but we lacked any cutting edge. They looked like a League Two side, at best. A better side would've had a couple more in the first half and put the game to bed. Second half, Blackpool improved and we did the opposite. We looked clueless going forward and didn't really create anything. Changes should've been made much earlier. Usually a positive red, but left the game very deflated.
They really were there for the taking first half but it was like we had our goal and we're content to play keep ball and never really pushed for another. Second half they scored early and after that we had chances but lacked the final ball hourhine had a shot what looked a certain goal saved but they had chances to win it too a draw was a fair result. Once we go a goal up I'd like to see us push on and go for the kill that was the most dissapointing for me. O and because we are.massive and should hammer teams like blackpool
