    This Morning my mum passed away
    still in shock and so is my dad.
    My mum has been ill for years, was housebound but always wanted my dad to follow the reds, my dad attended every home & away game last season , my mum was always supportive of Barnsley FC in her own way and never stopped my dad to go to EVERY game.

    Myself (Andrew Sage), My dad (Malcolm Sage) will miss my mum very much.

    Just shows I was gutted about relegation but words cannot describe the feeling we have at the moment, probably still in shock I suppose.

    One thing, its brought some of my family together who I havn't seen in years and thats the only silver lining.

    Sorry for your loss Andrew. My mum passed away a couple of months prior to our last relegation so I know the feeling of perspective.

    Gonna be very difficult this coming week.I was supposed to have started a new job today but they said I can start in June so They've been brilliant.

    As you say relegation was sad but there will still be a football team to watch next year
    Losing your mum is something else - life goes on but will be forever different now
