Muller 7 Hassell 7 Souza 7 Foster 8 Kozluk 7 Anderson 8 Colace 9 (mom) Andranik 8 Hammill 8 Bogdanovic 8 Mifsud 8 Macken 7 Devaney 6 Report: Why can't we see performance's like this on a regular basis. From the start we looked lively for once and got in QPR's face's. The front two looked lively although Bogdanovic looked to be playing more on the right for the first 45 mins. The midfield had one of the best performances of the season and was hard to break down and great going forward. Routlege was causing a few problems for Kozzie but he dealt with him fine in the second half. Bogdanovic took his goal well following good work from Hammill and a great cross from Mifsud. Hassell got caught diving in for QPR's goal as their player put another good ball in for Delaney to slam in a header at the near post. Fair play to the red's though, their heads didnt go down and we pressed for another and we got one in the shape of a lucky block that fell kindly to Anderson who took his goal well. Second half saw us start and finish on top. The midfield were fantastic with Hugo Colace picking every second ball up and distributing play very well. He had a fantastic game today and is the find of the season for me. Anderson had the best 45 mins we have seen from him this season. He battled, got forward and played in some fantastic passes to Mifsud. Hammill was outstanding today and so was Andranik. The back four looked solid again with Bobby and Kozzie having a more comfortable second half. Souza didnt win many headers in the first half but looked composed in the second. Mr reliable was himself. A great leader and a fantastic aquisition to our club Steve Foster. Bogdanovic looked lively and took his goal well and linked up well with fellow striker Michael Mifsud. He is a real livewire and deserved a goal today did Mifsud. He will be a great signing for us this season. I really like all Daveys signings this January and I am gonna have a great night now after the red's have put me in a good mood. UUUUUUUUUUUUUU RRRRRRRRRREEEEEEDDDDDDDDDSSSSSSSS
RE: Devaney was his usual self when he came on............. Aye. Didn't look reight bothered and shades of headless chicken.
How can you give Devaney the same rating as Hassell/Souza/Kozluk? He did nothing when he came on. Ran with the ball 3 times and lost the ball 3 times. 5/6 at best.
lay off devaney he was only on the pitch 10 mins ffs, what you expect him to do when he came on ,go on tell me because i am baffled by all 3 of you offspring, amos n poet
agreed, think yer cant have a go at Disco even though he didnt d much when he came on. He wernt on that long at he didnt give the game away so i'm happy
Well he lost the ball 2 or 3 times which could potentially have resulted in a goal............ Not to mention he could have scored but backed out.
amos just to answer my question was enough,,why try to be smart and have a go at making me look thick, its actions and responses like that that are the ones of a schoolkid
Does the term :- "WIN AS A TEAM , LOSE AS A TEAM" ring a bell. In my own opinion the whole squad is the team. And all the team on the pitch did the business today, well done.
I couldn't agree more Kirkbytyke, Devaney has come back from a bad injury he was out for 8 weeks and as played very little football since his injury. To slag the guy off when he ran at their defence on two or three occasions, ok he lost the ball but it was in their six yard box and he was going forward. Give him a break FFS.
Jeeez Give the lad a break. He was hardly a disaster. You could say Muller hardly contributed ... he didn't have a save to make and he didn't set one up. Please, just get behind our players, all of 'em.
RE: Devaney was his usual self when he came on............. Thank God we've got something to be negative about.
