People seem to say that after every game. Worrying.

Thought we'd peaked with the Colchester snore-fest.

Swirling wind with gusts up to 45mph...

so it was never going to be a classic.
That said we should have tried to get it down and pass and move,
but gave the ball away in midfield too many times.
More like a game of head tennis at times.

    Head tennis?

Hear that Coachman? If only we had a manager that taught them how to do it properly, eh?

No i was at that game. obviously results wise it was more dissapointing, but that game last year, (as for the neutral) wouldnt have been as bad as this.

We Played Better Against QPR Than Wendy

At least with QPR, we could have been three up and out of sight before half time. Today Grant had nothing to really deal with the whole game.

I t was bad, really bad, thank goodness we had Foster and Nyatanga in defence. Can those good fans who are going to Blackpool whip up a collection for Nardiello's train fare back to the smoke, if not i'll pay for it myself. Idle pillock, will never make a footballer as long as he has a hole in his arse. dreadful!!! (N)

    Carbon copy...

...of the QPR game today. Did our best work in the first 5 minutes and spent the rest of the game hoisting it into a swirling wind. Only difference was, we didn't have a decent chance until Foster's second half header today.

    So people keep saying...

...but I thought he looked more interested today than a few other games i could mention. All our attacking players went missing today and he certainly wasn't the worst culprit.

Nards is an easy scapegoat. Truth is we never play the ball on the deck and try to get the best out of him.

There you go in the last 35 yrs. Some of the people on this site think that 35 years ago we lived in the stone age!
They cant imagine only 2500 in the ground, or that the club was so skint they could not afford to buy soap.
We have come a long way since I first started watching us and i would not want to go back to the late sixties, in terms of the football club anyway, the free love then maybe :D .
