Today we were awful and quite frankly we were better before the new strikers

Mifsud lost up front and apart from a couple of flashes got blown over by somebody passing him. Bogdanovic jumps at fresh air, not the ball, he misses that. We played again without any width and made it easy for the Charlton defense to keep a clean sheet. Hammil looked good when he came on, perhaps he should have started. The only positives are Moore was
solid at the back and is improving every game.

Surely Davey can see what needs to be done but he seems to be oblivious to any sensible game plan.

Mifsud played his best football at Coventry alongside a big man, Adebola. So Odejayi would be his obvious partner.......only joking!!
Seriously though, Mifsud and Bogdanovic as a pair look seriously lightweight. Admittedly it doesn't help when they are being fed long high balls all game.

You joke but Oddjob would be an idea

Just to get this straight I know Oddjob is **** but with Mifsud at his side he might be a decent foil. The combination of the two would certainly make defences think.

He's certainly worth having on the bench as an option. We've never had Oddjob partner anyone with real pace since he's been at the club. I hate to admit it that it might just work. I don't think it will happen though, as I reckon Davey has finally ran out of patience with him.

When will be stop blaming the strikers for not getting on the end of chances we are not creating? How many strikers will we have to throw on the scrap heap before we realise that the type of football we play does not carve defences open with a plethora of scoring opportunities? It's not all about the strikers.
