If we play with Moore at CB all season we are in serious trouble. Moore is a slug. Its not just his top speed that is non existant but his movement in general is very slow. I can see him being embarrased a few times this season. He is not even commanding in the air. There was general confusion and non movement from both the CB's for the first. The 2nd was a nice goal but Hassell made a hash of his attempted interception and everyone else then just stood off. All round we looked poor defensively. Going forward we started the game really well and were the only team in it until their goal. Leon was on form, Howard looked busy, Hume looked all action, Teale looked good until the final ball (but I am sure that will improve from him). But we did find it hard to create clear cut chances. The one clear chance we did create was well tucked away by Howard. 2nd half we just stopped trying to play football, and it all looked a bit disorganised. Hume lost his head, we did the usual 3 up front that never works because there is no supply (surely it would be better to keep the width in the team and start getting balls knocked into the box). The substitutes made no difference. Very disappointed with what I have seen and heard of Rigters in his short time he has played. Doesn't look like he is gonna improve the forward line (I admit it is very early days though). The players who are injured can't come back soon enough. Too many players out of position at the moment.
