Firstly, there was a young Hartlepool fan (about 10 or so) who stood next to me at the door of the OP before the game and started chatting to me about away grounds, where he'd been, wondering why they'd been refused admittance to pubs in tarn and so on. He was polite, intelligent and a credit to his club. If lads like that are the future of football fans then the future is bright! Second, we again managed to get a draw despite not playing well. Both wingers seemed to take knocks in the first half and we didn't look the same after that and Kay's departure. Next, the penalty we got was less of a penalty than the foul on Devaney a few minutes later! There were more comments, but I can't remember them!!! Senile at 38!!! Oh yes, what was the idea of the queuing system at the food bar under the family area? Admittedly it's usually a bit of a scrum with some people getting served faster than others but everyone makes space for kids and tries to make sure they get served in their fair turn, but today, the queue system simply ensured that service was much slower meaning that about 40 of us missed the start of the second half! More as it returns to me.....
