    WAs the SWFC open day as well. only realised as i was riding thru hilsboro. it was dead.

    My mates son in law went and he said they were charging fans a fiver to go in.

    It was a charity game which one of the Sodje's had arranged. Few players including Kanu was there</p>

    Brother in law plays for the Junior Owls under 12's and he was ball boy. Played the Blades under 12's at half time</p>

    So, dont really think it was their open day

    Think it wor Sodje day...

    ...all the footballing Sodjes (including Onome) and Bright Sodje who played RL for Sheffield Eagles, organised a charity day - I think I read they have their own charity in Africa, the Sodje Foundation.</p>

    Apparently there were a few 'guest stars' around like Kanu and Dwight Yorke.
