Todays silence

Just watched the Posh v Cov silence. Perfect

Unlike some of those in Legends Suite today. Noisy cows. Some folk have no respect.

 

Somebody forgot to tell the half time draw bloke behind the Ponty end. Twice during the silence he shouted out 'half time draw'.

 

I can forgive them outside the ground, but not when its in full view of them.

 

He does it all the time. Every time in fact. Prize pillock

 

But if he's outside how does he know?

 

Do we not have speakers near where he is?

 

Aside from that, impeccable from both sets of supporters

 

Did they show footage from the 'Suites' at Posh ? Didn't hear a pin drop in East Upper

 

No idea but considering half of the time people in the stands can't hear what's being said I wouldn't be surprised if a bloke in the carpark can't. Can't say I've ever heard a tannoy announcement while I've been outside

 

Wasn't outside. He stands in front of the food area under the stand

 

No to answer your question, but for me to hear those in the suites when I am sat outside on back row of ESL shows how noisy they were.

 

In that case I've no idea as I'd have expected a steward to have a word or something

 

He was just at the bottom of the steps leading up to the Ponty end, where the food kiosks are. Surely he could hear the announcement and hear the sudden disappearance of any crowd noise from the stands.

 

I'd have thought so but there have been lots of times where people have come walking into the stadium singing or talking and I've thought the same thing, surely they noticed it was silent. Maybe its just a lot harder to notice from under the stands than we realise?

 

Maybe. It just spoilt it a bit, particularly as he did it twice, about fifteen seconds apart.

 

Maybe he's just hard of hearing? He is an elderly bloke afterall....

 

Cant say I`ve deciphered a tannoy announcement for seasons inside the grarnd.
