one of the best players at the club, really missed when he doesn't play, always gives 100%. Only shortcoming is he doesn't pass very well. Twenty two years old playing in a struggling side he's going to be a big player for us next season.
carnt knock the kads comitment and effott but footballs all about quality as west brom showed us and idont think togwell pocesses the technical ability of say example koumas or misfud or idakiez to name players of teams of simelar standard to ourselves (minus koumas from that) but the lad gives everything and thats all i want to see from barnsley players that i support.
Togs is another Jacob Burns - an unsung hero who gets through a lot of spade work without being noticed by those with red-tinted glasses. We need someone like Togs - Ronnie Glavin needed Ray McHale, Brian Howard needs Togs.
Togwell Is Player Of The Season For Me The most irreplaceable player we have in our squad. Even when Howard or Hassell are out, we have adequate cover for them. Togwell we do not and look how many games he played this season for us.
Gives 100%, chases, covers, tackles.. does all the jobs that people need him to do. One of our key players.
Togwell ......................................................... Is one of the most consistant players we have in the team. He always give 100% even if his form is poor.
When he has had a rare poor game it is really noticeable because he contributes so much to the team.
He is also one of the few Barnsley players to feature in the Top 100 Championship Player rankings.
If any players should be singled out, how about giving the defence some stick. Colgan excepted. But why anyone wants to come on here and single out players after they have done what was required of them i.e Kept us up, is beyond me.

One of our most important players. Does the dirty work, and does it well. Cant believe that there are some people who think he is crap, do these people ever watch BFC?
RE: Togwell ......................................................... i hink he could develop into a very good player,it,s his first season playing at this level the experience he has gained will work wonders for him!I rate him very highly and if we had another 10 like him we wouldn,t go far wrong.
If he could get box to box, pass well and shoot well he would be another Redfern. He can't and therefore must be regarded as replacable. If we insist that Togwell is OK then we condemn ourselves to further seasons of struggle in this division.
