All I heard off the bloke in front of me yesterday was we need more toilers off the ball.......blah blah blah!!!!

A lot of people on here use the word on as well and I can't stand it. Before hill and flitcroft came we never had a team of toilers did we and we were in a far better position than now.

They've gone now have hill and flitcroft so let's put it to bed having two defensive toilers in midfield and a toiler up front didn't and will not work were bottom for gods sake.

I don't recall hignett getting grief like paddy does from some quarters for not toiling because he was an offensive player in there to put the opposition on the back foot.

I've gone on I know but I think as a fan base there's a few that have been brainwashed by hill and flicker into thinking their philosophy was right and they had a bit of bad luck. I'm sorry folks but they had umpteen players between them to get it right and time after time made a balls up of it with negative tactics and a stubbornness that seemed to know no bounds.

Toiling= A word used in Lancashire to cover up for a lack of talent and adventure going forward.....
