A few of my mates(Celtic fans) recently went to Hamburg on a stag do. They met a few St Pauli fans who gave them a free tour of the stadium then on to their supporters club for a few beers, very accommodating and friendly fans! Anyway, I stumbled across this and thought you might find it useful and/or to your liking: http://yorkshirestpauli.com/ticket-information/ Enjoy
cheers fella, much appreciated. heading over in feb for the weekend. apparently tickets are much easier to get, now they're in the 2nd tier. i've met a few pauli fans, and they're everything a football Club should represent. i do find it quite interesting though, how celtic have latched on them. don't know why, as pauli are against everything sectarian. then again, i'm sure celtic will say it's only a small minority who are sectarian
Small stadium, fanatical support. I might see them around February/March time too, but I'll be in the Fortuna Dusseldorf end with my brother in law! If you haven't been to Hamburg before then you'll bloody love it, it's a mental place, especially at night
Best street/strip I've experienced! I think I'm off to see Fortuna Dusseldorf vs. St Pauli and hopefully FC Bayern Munich vs. SC Freiburg(if I can get tickets).
yeah i'm trying to get to munich too, but will have to see how it goes. trying to do milan, madrid, munich and pauli next year. tough ask
My mate managed to get a ticket for El Clasico for around £95 last year, the jammy bugger. My brother in law's cousin is a Bayern fan, but she reckons you're more likely to get tickets through their application system if you live abroad, mental.
I think it's a socio political thing; St Pauli are an anti facist club and openly sympathise with the Basque seperatists, the Palestinians and the Irish catholics. The link between the football clubs happened when St Pauli fans started attending Celtic away games in Europe.
