nah got offered 500 euros for one ticket - way out of my price range! was going to go to angola portugal the day after and went to cologne but they wanted 150 euros so we just sacked it off. to be fair the atmosphere was quality by the river for the england game and they have set up "fanzones" with huge TV's in for every city. really enjoyed it - was expecting trouble but it was the exact opposite , met many decent germans (all gay friendly, of course) and hung out with the ivory cost(ians?) for the argentina match - drums, voodoo dolls and all - brilliant experience.
RE: Did you meet (or meat) any well...whilst watching the iran game in cologne it slowly started dawning on us that we were surrounded by not only men but only surrounded by men in tight trousers, all with moustaches - it slowly dawned we were in one of those fruity bars. very friendly chaps they were too.
