Tonights Sunday Prem match was abandoned following serious injury to two players. One from each side.
Both players taken to Hospital by Ambulance. It looked like a double fracture of the Tommy Tred players leg. One of the worst injuries I've ever witnessed.
I hope both players make a speedy recovery.

A bit insensitive that mate! But yes Lee Angel of the Main does have a ticket. But will be the Tred play who won't be going if he has a ticket. When I came away he was being given morphine and oxygen. It's not something I'd want to joke about.
Is that the same Lee Angel... who refused to go to oakwell for chelsea match because he couldnt get a ticket for Liverpool?
No - don't make a joke of it you insensitive moron! I played in the match and it is the most horrific thing I've ever seen - poor old Fad will be in plaster and out of work for months and all you can think about is Wembley tickets??? (N) (N) (N)
but if people don't know him then they aren't going to react to a sporting injury any differently than they would to any other person injured while playing sport.
RE: but if people don't know him I don't think whether he knows the person or not makes one bit of difference..... Anyone with any decency should know not to make a joke out of something as serious as a double leg fracture.....
Please wish the lad well when you see him.
The Main lads are really concerned for him.
Please let us know how he gets on.

Ye will do - was talking to the Wombwell manager after it happened, when everyone realised the game could not go on, and he said that it's the third time this season they've played in a match when somone has broke their leg!!
but people do, all the time. If you didn't know the player and it was another clubs fan etc then you would react differently, it might not be right but it is how people react.
Whats that supposed to mean? I should hope I never have to witness it again in my life...... Anyways, Hoyland Town are dropping out of the league....
I've not missed a Main match this season and it's the first break I've seen. I think Ian may have included the Saturday team.
