    Car checked and full of petrol. Tickets on the table. Alarm already set. God it will be a long journey on the M5 - even from here!

    Just spent the night working

    to keep my mind off tomorrow. Going to bed now.

    Up at 4.15 Out at 5.30 in the morning. Long day.

    My missus thinks I'm nuts - just hope she's got no excuse to say I told you so when I limp home tomorrow night.

    Won't sleep now for fear of missing the alarm!!
