I am really looking forward to tomorrow. I think its a fantastic ticket offer by the club and I am chuffed we are going to top 10,000. For me personally, I am hoping to be entertained and that I enjoy the game. I haven't been since the Everton game and before that I have only been to the 0-0 bore draw against Bradford. I only went 3 times last season as well. So, I sound like a proper part time fan don't I ? It's quite the contrary though really, Barnsley Fc have been a massive part of my life since 1985 and I have been a season ticket holder in the past and have even spent the majority of school holidays (many years ago) watching them train. However over the past few years, I , like many others, have found my interest waning. Football is just not the same anymore and the enjoyment just isn't the what it was. I hate this feeling though and I want to feel the buzz again and I hope tomorrow can contribute towards that. Up the Reds !!
Let's hope the performance tempts you back for some more! Sent from the old chair by the windows using tapatalk

Made no secret of the fact that I have no time for the Tin Pot Trophy but I wish the Reds all the best tomorrow and hope the loyal fans get their their just Rewards!!! You Reds!
I know what you mean. Never missed a game (home & away) when I was younger. Now I'm lucky[?] if I see them live 3-4 times a year. That said I do spend an inordinate amount of time following them on t'internet Don't get to many games due to location, kids, kids football etc., this will be my first home game this season. Six of us (2 families) coming from a tiny village just outside Cambridge. Aside: we were friends with the other family as our eldest kids were in the same class together at the village primary. It took about a year before we [the mum's] realised that me and the other dad were both from tarn, both have the same surname, same profession and most importantly ... are both Reds fans. And they say men don't talk! So early start tomorrow, get to town, visit some old friends ... then off to the match. Eldest going in Ponty End for the 1st time, with his class mate. So if anyone sees 2 fifteen year olds, with posh southern accents, looking lost/bewildered/confused... be nice! I'll be in the East Stand Upper covering the little one's ears every time a decision goes against us. 'Dad.... what's a b*stard?' COYR
