    My local...

    as Albanian TV - Covers all the sky games and some on saturdays starting at 3pm - £240 a year ..... it is probably bounced of three satellites tho - english commentry too.

    beats sky's £1000 a month!

    albanian tv available on 16E Eutelsat W2, just buy a decoder and the card and jobs a good un, whole kit and a years subs can be done for less than £400.
