tonight I made a real effort to watch wiseman in detail.

He was excellent. But what it made me notice was jusy how much he had to cover.

Cranie was also supposed to be a centre half but spent much of his time not picking up a striker and wandered so far to the left I couldn't work out Wether or not he was zonal marking I don't know.

It worried me to **** the amount of space that if they had some real thought they could have ripped through the centre time and time again but wiseman must have no legs left at the end of that.

Well done lad.

To finish off Etuhu was my man of the match and I thought perkins had a real stinker

 

I thought both he and Cranie were very good tonight. Cranie won a lot of headers and Wiseman did a lot of sweeping up.

 

You must not have been watching Cranie at all then. Outstanding tonight and has been all season.

 

Where did I say he was crap. He picked up a lot of loose balls. Played well. Just left wiseman covering too much of what position he really ought to have been in.

Wiseman and Cranie played really well today and Tuesday. I must admit I was doubting Wiseman's quality for this league, but fair play. He has really looked the part the last couple of games and deserves our total support.
