Quite good. I'm watching Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee in The Hound of the Baskervilles. One of Hammer's best. Watched Sunset Boulevard last night. Really enjoying the family being away for a few weeks!
Jack Reacher In the books Jack Reacher is a 6' 5" tough guy weighing in at 250 lbs and wears trousers with a 36" inside leg. He wears coats that are 3XL In the film he's portrayed by Tom Cruise That said I did quite enjoy the film, but as a bit of a Reacher buff, it does lose a smidgin of credibility.
Re: Jack Reacher I would be more concerned that when you watch Tom Cruise you can see him acting. What I mean by that is that some actors sort of 'become' the character, eg Matt Smith in Dr Who, whereas some act it, eg Peter Capaldi in Dr Who. It can be quite offputting. Reason I say this is I watched Goodfellas a couple of days ago, which is a masterclass in acting, and I was appalled to hear in the extras that one of the producers favoured Tom Cruise for Henry Hill. That would have been awful.
