Knew I should have stayed in Leeds... We should have won. Why oh why did Stan not shoot when he'd got past the keeper. Also should have scored his header. Howard had more time than he thought with his chance and could have got it on his left foot. Could have been out of sight by half time. 2nd half with the wind against us, how the hell Agyemang didn't score I have no idea. Great skill from Rowlands, squared it, and Agyemang let the ball go through his legs 2 yards out from the empty net. Didn't look like a pen on Macken to me, though nor was it offside when it was passed to Leon who may well have scored/set up the winner. Not a disastrous point - the sort of game we regularly lose and the weather was the winner. Hassell tackled well but generally can't pass the ball. Devaney was quiet and got nothing out of Mancienne - Leon was much more lively when he was introduced. Thought Nyatanga had a very solid game and made a very good goalline block from Balanta. Howard worked hard, and JCR was excellent. Macken good too. Ferenczi works and works but for me, he's lost his sharpness that he had when he first came. Odejayi did a very good job when he came on.
I'm hoping it's just that Ferenczi is carrying an injury that they intend to sort in the summer. If he isn't, his legs have well and truly gone. Not the same player as he was this time last year. The two chances tonight: Should have buried the first as soon as he had the chance. Thought he had an excuse with the second as JCR's cross might have been difficult to judge, coming over fast and through a swirling wind.
