Sorry couldn't be there in person as I had to work in London today /tomorrow.

Items that was discussed from talking to someone who was there and reading some other stuff:
The 4 supporter liaison officers have been appointed and will be announced next week by the club. There'll be a formal announcement of the SLOs and their roles early next week but basically they're another avenue the club is embracing to improve club/fan relationships
We have the highest arrest rate for anti social behaviour out of all 92 clubs. Obviously this doesn't necessarily mean within a football stadium but the facts speak for themselves and we are unfortunately the highest. Clearly there'll be incidents in town centres or on public transport that other fans won't personally witness or hear about.
MK Dons - fans moved to corner unexpectedly and a few issues being resolved including asking Police to attend next meeting to speak about handling of away coaches.
Port Vale - still a number of individuals under bail conditions. All ticket due to police request otherwise would have been category A game. Category B as it currently is same as for local derbies. Only sold about 400 tickets but police costs over £20k. Be only third time in a decade club to lose money on a match.

Scoreboard will now be a bit bigger so the delay until later in season. Aiming for beam backs next season.

AOB - mooted Tina Tyke could return but not favoured by those in attendance.

Bradford fixture during commemorations for fire so charity walk planned (I think this was brought up by a Trust member and was referring to the WSB one).

Loyalty plans next season include money off shop.

Community work by players was mentioned - Players duty bound to do 6 hours a week community engagement.

Company Accounts was on the agenda but nobody raised any questions so it wasn't discussed.

But at least they discussed Tina Tyke, so we're golden.

I expect the club floated that one. Sounds like a lot was discussed with regards the issues and Portvale and Donny and issues this weekend and they didn't get to it.

I've not read the chronicle which apparently talks about the finances? When the attendees were asked if there was anything not already covered by the paper or other outlets that was worthy of discussion the answer was no.

At least the scoreboard got a mention. Will be a sad day when it finally gets installed and we don't have to ask for an update :) (end of march???)

Oh think it was mentioned that the last game of the season game has been moved but now coincides with the tour of yorkshire barnsley stage when the town centre will be all closed off. :(

Anyone mention our league position and what plans to move the club forward or was it just the important topics discussed?

As I said, I wasn't there so can only tell you what has been related back to me. Maybe @Hicksy, @funnyfella23, @The Albatross or @Fraser32 might be able to tell answer that. Other than a brief update on what the club are trying to do on and off the field to turn our season around I'm not sure lengthy footballing discussions are of any benefit? I'm sure that's one area the club have got a fairly good feel for fans feelings about our recent form and everyone sat round that table will have a slightly different opinion on it.

Is it time that the club refused its allocation of away tickets if the behaviour of fans at away games is costing the club so much money?

No it's about time the club investigated the plods accounts of what's happening, demand to see the evidence of such behaviour, speak to the solicitors of the people arrested and get a prospective from both side, get out and about with the police and whiteness it for themselves

Cheers Gally. Will a report be on the website. Or in The Chron

    Or anywhere publically accessible ?

BTW - that isn't a go at anyone who attended.

No. Everybody around that table knows things have to improve rapidly on the pitch but questions about that would need to be put to Wilson not Ben Mansford.
